Welcome to the Peonies room for children aged 2 and a half to 3, at this age children’s brains are like sponges. They soak up facts and they become interested in things very quickly.

Our “Peonies” day consists of many different opportunities. We have many outside coaches coming into the nursery to teach them a wealth of skills which will help them develop as a whole person and help them throughout their lives. This includes learning about healthy eating, importance of exercise, dance, Yoga and our "mushin" time (meditation).

 When they are ready, we can introduce early reading and practice early writing, all this is a process and they will be assessed at which stage they are at. The children are beginning to transition into school and will be expected to wear our uniform, the curriculum becomes more structured and they will be encouraged to be more involved with their own self-care.
