Our Rooms
Buttercups
Welcome to Buttercups our 0-2 year old Room. In this lively, fun room children’s personal, social, physical and emotional skills are developed. We have more educational, interactive toys, books and puzzles on offer, the room is set up with messy play such as art and crafts, play dough, sand and water. We constantly introduce new material, media and textures during creative play sessions to build up their imagination and creativity.
A good part of everyday is put aside for outdoor play, where the children can increase their exploratory skills, as they become more confident walkers as well as improve their co-ordination and motor skills on the ride on toys which are available. In recent studies it has been proven that fresh air and being outside really improves a child’s mental well-being and cognitive thinking.
Bluebells
Our Bluebells Room, 2-3 year olds. At this age, children are starting to learn so many different things all at once. They are experiencing making friends, potty training, sharing, sitting at a table, to communicate their needs and learning to
speak.

We like to nurture the children’s natural instinct to explore and be curious through lots of messy play and sensory experiences. Whether it’s finding pasta worms in the mud, walking barefoot over bubble wrap, mixing up gloop or searching through the mirror maze, we give the children lots of engaging and new opportunities to learn through doing. The varied toys and resources are stored at the child’s level and give them the opportunity to be curious and develop their own choices/ interests.

Spending lots of time in the outside environment (garden or local outings) allows the children to learn about nature and do lots of physical play in open spaces to express themselves in different ways.
Our daily routine provides consistent and familiar care for the children, covering all of the EYFS areas.
Peonies
Welcome to the Peonies our 3-4 year old room, where the adventure of learning is in full swing! Little explorers are diving into the exciting world of making friends, expressing their needs, and mastering essential skills like potty training and sharing.
We absolutely love nurturing their innate curiosity with fun sensory experiences—think finding pasta worms in the mud or stomping barefoot on bubble wrap. With an array of toys and resources right at their fingertips, the children can unleash their creativity while enjoying the great outdoors, discovering nature, and having a blast open spaces!
Sunflowers
Our Sunflowers Room is for children aged 4+. The preschool children's day does change slightly, as we get within sight of them going to school. Our, “Sunflowers” are being encouraged to be more independent and braver. Being able to make choices and hopefully to eventually become confident children. We like to begin to let the children become more aware of what happens at school by practising pencil control and starting phonics skills.
The children are given the most of the opportunities we can give to help enable them to develop and learn to the fullest. At this age, the children are beginning to learn and understand the world around them and it is our passion to bring that to the classroom. We often like to explore the outdoors to enrich our learning further by exploring in all areas.

Coopersale
Welcome to Scribbles Pre-School Coopersale! Just two miles from our day nursery, we’re thrilled to offer vibrant, community-focused preschool experience from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday during term time. We joyfully welcome children from 18 months to school age, creating a fun environment where older inspire and support the younger ones. With a dynamic curriculum and a outdoor area for exploration, our little ones thrive through exciting extra curricular activities like sports, yoga, dance, and Robot Reg, all guided by our passionate and fully trained staff!
