Lesley Seville

I have been working in the Early Years profession for over 30 years. In that time I have seen many changes, from the beginning of parents meeting in church halls for a catch up, to the amazing, sometimes challenging centres there are today. I did my Level 3 qualification in childcare back in 1992 and have worked in many settings including inner city nurseries as well as small village preschools. I have found my experience has been learned from actually doing the job rather than reading about it. In 2017 I decided to update my childcare qualification and after 18 months of hard work and commitment I completed my childcare Foundation Degree, Level 5. Something I feel rather proud of. 

 

I had the opportunity to start Scribbles in 2011. We have faced many challenges over the years but have come through them and I am looking forward to moving the nursery forward with big plans for the future.
