Tracy Charles

I started working at Scribbles September 2013 after being a parent of a child attending Scribbles for the previous 2 years.  My work is mainly based in the office where I take responsibility for all  financial aspects of the Nursery.  We work closely with the rooms to ensure a good level of communication between key workers and parents.  Our aim is to make all our parents feel welcome, comfortable and reassured that their children are in safe hands in a fun environment which will encourage them to learn as they grow.

 

Since I started work at Scribbles I have attained my Level 3 in childcare which I found to be extremely interesting and enlightening. The nursery has grown dramatically in children and staff numbers over the past few years.  The reason I love working at Scribbles is that the environment is ever changing and we are constantly looking for ways to improve the Nursery.  Watching the children develop their personalities and grow as little individuals really is a privilege.
